...Macaroon!! Not just any macaroon a Financier (chewy almond meringue) macaroon, which I found absolutely amazing! I become quickly obsess w/ them when I came across (http://nicolettemason.blogspot.com/ blog) & she had the most beautiful photos - a few of them were of macaroons - thanks Nicole!! (she doesn't know me). I look forward to tasting more macaroons & comparing them to my very first. This is the beginning of many new firsts that I'll enjoy, indulge & write about...  :-)
